InstaQuote Improvements
- We added advanced settings so you can hide roof pitch and square footage and reveal pricing before contact information if you desire.
- If enabled, there is a really nice PDF report that get included with the InstaQuote that show information on materials
Email Analytics
- We overhauled email analytics in Instaquote now so you can see status events for the email that gets sent to your customer and see if there were any delivery problems (it reports on delivery, opens, and clicks)
- We added the same email analytics to contact forms
Analytics
Analytics got an overhaul as well
- It was restructured so that leads, contacts and appointments all their own tabs instead of one giant dashboard
- Date ranges were added to allow for custom date range searches
- We surfaced additional stats on referral information including showing any advertising information we might have captured
- There is a card as well for quick link referrals. If a team member sends out a link to a customer and the customer submits a lead or appointment, the team member can be attributed to the customer.
Google Tag Integration
Google tags integration is now in place for all leads and appointments.
- Add your Google tag ID on the integrations settings pages, and SkyQuote will send custom events to Google Tag Manager.
