Introducing Prospects
Prospects are potential customers who have used the InstaQuote tool on your roofing website but did not submit their contact information. To learn more about this feature see Introducing Prospects on our blog.
Improved Appointment Scheduling
You can schedule new appointments while on the dashboard. The old process was a bit cumbersome, so we improved it. Now when you scheule an appointment, you will go through a series a series of steps in a wizard-style interface that really cleans up the experience.
Enhanced Analytics & Reporting
- Prospects added as tab to analytics
- Fixed several issues with date ranges
- Improved display on mobile
Lead and Client Linkage
Instaquote leads and clients will now automatically link to a client on submission if there is a client with the same email address.
Zapier Integration
Zapier integration is available in beta. Contact us if you would want an invite. We now have triggers for:
- Contact form submitted or updated
- InstaQuote submitted or updated
- Appointment submitted or updated
- Client created or updated
- Prospect created, updated, or deleted
- This is all available by webhooks to Zapier
General Improvements
We fixed some issues with the login process that were causing issues for some of you, especially with Google sign in. It is a much cleaner approach now that should be much more reliable.
